Hamilton Public Library announces a brand-new program for our community, “Holistic Health and Fitness Class” led by Certified Master Instructor, Jon Hodge. Holistic health and fitness practices are a form of healing that encompasses the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions. In the quest for optimal health and wellness, Jon uses several tools such as: Qi Gong, Tai Chi, stretching and breathing exercises, Yoga, energy healing and meditation.
