Dove and Jalapeños It is that time of year again and no I am not referring to the heat. We don’t talk about Bruno. I am talking about dove season being upon us. You have two choices for Dove Festival. To bake in the blistering Sun, or to be rained out. Those are your only two options so prepare appropriately. Although I do seem to remember a delightfully moody and overcast Dove Festival Parade sometime in the mid to late eighties. There is also a chance that there is rain in the forecast that mysteriously disappears day of, or it rains torrentially all week and then clears out day of. Just hold the faith here people.
