Cora Ann Thompson Kelly, 77, died peacefully Aug 18, 2023, in Kingsland.

A memorial service will be Friday, Aug. 25, at 11 a.m. at Valley Ranch Baptist Church in Coppell. Burial will be in Hamilton.

Ann was born Jan. 7, 1946, in Hamilton, the cherished daughter of Norman and Annie Thompson.

Ann’s life was marked by her steadfast love for her family. She was a devoted wife of Harrol Kelly for 56 incredible years. They raised four wonderful children, and he found immense joy in her role as grandmother and great-grandmother to 12 beloved young souls.

A graduated of Dallas Baptist University, Ann earned a Bachelor’s degree in Career Arts in Christian Ministry. Her faith was her guiding force, and it showed in her unwavering dedication to serving others. Throughout her life, Ann was involved in various service roles. As a cherished member of Valley Ranch Baptist Church, she offered her time and heart in various volunteer capacities. Her legacy of love, faith and service will forever illuminate the lives she touched.

Survivors include her devoted husband, Harrol Kelly; children, Robert Kelly, Alan (Christina) Kelly, Melissa (Chris) Barnes and Caroline (Cliff) Park; grandchildren Heaven, Isaac, Michael, Derek (Kelsie), Emily (Jason) and Sarah; and great-grandchildren Willow, Orrick, Adelyn, Meghan, Brynlee and Wesley.
