Jeanne A. Wright

Jeanne A. Wright 92, of Hamilton was born Aug. 9, 1930 in Mt Pleasant Texas to parents J.R. and Maggie Lynn Hart. She passed away at home in Hamilton on Dec. 25, 2022.

She married Bob Wright on Sept. 9, 1959 in Corsicana. He proceeded her in death in Sept. of 2010. Jeanne was a member of Outreach Church of Christ with her favorite verse being John 3:16.

Jeanne is survived by her son, Bobby Wright and his wife Susie, of Glen Rose; daughter Becky Wright Marchman and her husband Stefan of Fort Worth and son Mario Gonzalez of Hamilton. Jeanne is also survived by her granddaughters, Macy and London Marchman and Carly Jo Wright.

Jeanne was a loving Christian servant, wife and mother, supporting her family’s livestock business for many years. Jeanne enjoyed cooking, working in the yard with her plants and flowers, fishing and making others feel special. She truly was an outstanding example of a Proverbs 31 woman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Hamilton General Hospital CHF Clinic or Fosters Home for Children.

Serving as pallbearers are Cody Lane, Mike Mimms, Tiger Hubbard, Chad Ondrusek, Neal Dudley, Reggie Garner. Officiating minister is Chris Frizzell with opening prayer by Mike Spillman.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton.
