Virginia Best

Virginia Best, 91, of Hamilton died Nov. 23, 2022.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 2, beginning at 9 a.m. until the funeral service at 10 in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Littleville.

Virginia was born Feb. 4, 1931, in Hamilton. She worked as a medication nurse all of her adult life to raise her seven kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Palmer Vansicle and Mildred Luisa Pierce Vansicle and her siblings; a daughter, Donna Jo Best; son Charles Elden Best; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Virginia is survived by five children, Carrol Cox, Dorothy Elane Davis, David Best, Karen Minks and Richard Lee Best; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one on the way.
