Carl Lee Kelly

Carl Lee Kelly, 58, passed away Aug. 12, 2021, at his home in Gaston, South Carolina.

Friends and family will meet at Oakwood Cemetery at 2 p.m. Nov. 20.

He was born July 5, 1963, in Dallas and attended elementary school in Hamilton from 1972 to 1976 before going back to Dallas then to San Antonio.

He joined the Navy and a Gulf War veteran.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Carl T. Gray and grandies Lillie and Eula, two brothers, William and Jeffrey; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Survivors include his wife Cynthia of Gaston; four sons, Brandan of New Braunfels, Lance of Pennsylvania, Michael of San Antonio and Lee and wife Rachel of Gaston; a daughter Jimezy and husband Jarred of Gaston; four grandsons; six granddaughters; his mother, Willie Mae of San Antonio; three brothers, Billy and Roy of San Antonio and Charles of LaVernia; five sisters, Lena Stanges of Hamilton, Sara of Round Rock, Irene of North Carolina, Cynthia and husband Allan of LaVernia and Jacquelynne of San Antonio; father Henry and sister Johnnye Rosales of Dallas; Uncle Wilbur of Hamilton and Jason, whom he always called little brother.
