Mark Harris

Lamar “Mark” Harris passed away on May 5, 2020, in Temple.

Graveside services were held May 7 in the Memory Garden Cemetery.

Mark was born in Windfield, Kansas, Feb. 27, 1931, to Robert and Lilian Harris.

He loved the Lord greatly, serving both the Lutheran and Methodist churches as a pulpit supply preacher. He was a true Bible teacher. He loved the Lord and teaching about His word. Mark and his wife Barbara

Mark and his wife Barbara “Bobbi” moved to Shive in 2003 where they began the construction of their home. He enjoyed his new home and land. He made some great friends and enjoyed spending valuable time with them.

He is survived by his wife Barbara; four children, Michael, Randall, Sandra and Marla; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
