Jerry Goodman

Jerry Darryl Goodman, 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, surrounded by family in Stephenville.

A memorial service for Jerry will be held at a later date.

Jerry was born in Hillsboro July 8, 1957, to Benny Gene Goodman and Billie Ann (Williford) Goodman.

He married Regina Holden Goodman on May 29, 1979, at the Weatherford Courthouse in Weatherford. She preceded him in death Dec. 3, 2021.

Jerry served in the army 1974 to 1978. He enjoyed listening to music in his spare time, working on hot rods and painting model cars as well as other crafts.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Melanie Goodman, who passed away Feb. 14, 1992, and his wife Regina (Holden) Goodman.

Survivors include his son, Ira Goodman and wife Traci of Stephenville; siblings Jean Watson and husband Charles, Becky Mills and husband Stan and Louella Williams and husband David; grandchildren Memphis, Maverick and Milo Goodman; and inlaws Garlan Holden and wife Gaenelle.
