Edward Kuklies

Edward Charles Kuklies, 82, of Kempner, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024.

A celebration of life was held at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove May 18 officiated by dear friend Rex Hooten.

Eddie was born June 25, 1941, to Walter and Eline Kauitzsch Kuklies.

Eddie attended Indian Gap and Pottsville school districts before graduating from Hamilton High School.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Janet French Kuklies; his children; Mischelle Bottlinger and son-in-law Charlie, Trent Kuklies, Kevin Kuklies and daughter-in-law Carrie, Allen Kuklies and daughter-in-law Kimberly and Ryan Kuklies; grandchildren Rachel and husband Bob Howe, Nicolas Bottlinger, Tristan Kuklies, Shelby Kuklies, Chloe Kuklies, Wyatt Fisher, Chase Kuklies and Chesney Kuklies; and great-grandchild Cash.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, brother Milton and son Jason.

He will forever be remembered for his love of family, passion for country music, skill in playing the drums, ability to fix anything with a motor and riding the tractor around.

His memory will live on through the hearts of those who knew him and inspire others to embrace their passions and cherish their loved ones just as he did.
