Donna Ashmore

Donna June Ashmore joined her parents in heaven on March 10, 2022.

She requested no services in her honor.

Donna was born June 23, 1953, in Midland to Eugene Ray and Wandalene Maddox Ashmore.

She graduated from Mineral Wells High School and Tarleton State University. She was a social worker for several years and the director of the Senior Center in Hamilton for 17 years. She was also a volunteer for the Salvation Army for many years. Donna had a love of reading, jigsaw puzzles and word finds.

She is survived by two sisters, Paula Crabtree (Bruce) of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and Teresa Christensen of Cranfills Gap; three beloved nieces, Jennifer Robertson of Lubbock, Lauren Gamble of Duluth, Georgia, and Heather Leaky of Austin; and many extended family members and friends who will also miss her.

Memorials can be made to the Hamilton Public Library or the Salvation Army in Hamilton.
