Dennis Cunningham

Dennis Eric Cunningham, 46, of Hamilton passed away on July 13, 2020.

Family visitation and viewing were held at Riley Funeral Home July 18.

He was the son of Dennis Edwards Cunningham and Margaret Carpenter.

Dennis was a man of many talents. He had a strong love for music, playing guitar and drums. He also had a passion for yard work, being outdoors, and construction jobs. He loved barbecuing and always wanted to have his own BBQ business.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Cunningham; grandmother Dorothy Cunningham; Papaw Charles Gross; and cousins JT McElwrath and Kasi Rannals.

Dennis is survived by his parents, Dennis Cunningham of Stephenville, Margaret Ann Carpenter and step-father Farel Williams of Hamilton; his daughter; Lechelle Chatman and husband Kyle of Granbury; sons Johnathan Clark and wife Chelsea and grandson Bryson of Colorado, Erin Cunningham and Dustin Cunningham, both of Stephenville; siblings Sandra Arnold of Valley View and Amanda Arnold and Andrew Miller, both of Stephenville; grandson Mason Shane Chatman of Granbury; adopted grandson Bentley Wayne Cunningham of Hamilton; grandmother Bobbie Gross of Waco; stepbrothers Dwayne Huie of Jonesboro and Toot Williams of Hamilton; stepsister Rhonda Wiggam of Fort Worth; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
