Coman Geye

Coman Geye, 94, passed away Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020, in Comanche.

Services were Friday, Feb. 21, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steven Schulte officiating. Burial was in Toliver Cemetery in Comanche County.

Mr. Geye was born on April 2, 1925, in Lamkin, to Martin Luther and Iva (Miller) Geye.

On March 18, 1975, he was united in marriage to Vera M. Slaughter. She preceded him in death in March 1990. He married Gladys Walker in Jonesboro on Aug. 5, 1995. She preceded him in death in March 2013.

He also was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Iva Geye; brothers Horace Geye and Clinton Geye; and sister Iun Day.

He is survived by his son, David Geye and wife Christian of Ruckersville, Virginia; grandchildren Emryse Geye and Paul Geye; sister Margie O’Neal of Stephenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
