One Day 4H is an event that allows 4H members, volunteers and parents to help the community through service projects. This year, Hamilton County 4H members will gather to pick up trash on the walking trail at Pecan Creek Park Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Anyone wishing to help should meet at the extension ovce I’m Joseph Polster, left, the Hamilton County 4-H President, and I participate in Food Challenge, showing turkeys, public speaking, home economics in the county show, and many other things. 4-H has given me many opportunities such as leadership, citizenship, inspiring public health, educating the youth, and many more opportunities. I can’t wait to see what this year brings for 4-H! I’m Zeb Murphree, top left, the Hamilton County 4-H vice president, and I participate in showing cattle, livestock judging and many other things in 4-H. The 4-H program gives you opportunities to lead in things and be able to speak confidently in public.
