Sharron Krueger
Today we lost a friend, and God got the sweetest most loved angel.
Sharron Krueger was a treasure that will be sorely missed.
Services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church with interment in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Pottsville.
Sharron was always active in all her children’s lives. She served on the football concession stand committee even after her kids were out of school. She organized the bands Bar-B-Que contest every year. She also served as a cub leader and a cub master and assistant scout master for years with her husband the late Eddie Krueger. She served the tiger cubs till after her son became an eagle scout.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Nina McFarlin; two brothers, Billy Ray and Johnny Rasberry; two husbands, Thomas Jefferson Pierce and Eddie Krueger; and a son, James Krueger.
Sharron is survived by two sons, Phillip and Ellie Pierce and their son Thomas of Whitney and Kyle Krueger of the home; a daughter, Kansas Pierce and her children, Hunter Ficher, and Sharron Sharples, all of the home; Rory Sharples; two stepdaughters, Lori Smithy of San Antonio and Lena Gugleotti of California; a sister, Debrah Rainwater of Hamilton; her mother-in-law Sue Krueger of Hamilton; her brother-in-law, Billy and Jan Krueger of Glen Rose; and a number of nieces and nephews.
