Gary R. Coston, 76, died Oct. 21, 2020, in Georgetown due to pneumonia complications. His family was by his side at the time of his death.
Gary was born Dec. 8, 1944, in Tyler to W.R. and Imogene Coston, who preceded him in death.
He graduated from Hamilton High School and Richland College. He retired after 30 years with Texas Instruments. Throughout his life he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening, garage sales and in his later years he enjoyed spending time with his great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Loraine; daughters Lisa and husband Terry and Marsha; grandchildren Gabriel Jr. and wife Brandi, Samantha, Lana and husband Jason and Bryant; and great-grandchildren Riley, Case, Cayden and Maria.
