Glen Chilton

Glen Helen (Arnett) Chilton joined her Lord on Oct. 12, 2020.

Services were Friday, Oct. 16, at First Baptist Church.

Glen was born Feb. 2, 1922, to Wiley Willis Arnett and Lillie Mae DeHart Arnett. She joined an older sister Myrtle Fay Arnett and was followed by two younger siblings, Peggy Arnett and Charles Arnett.

Coach Jim Jackson, 83, passed away Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, after a short battle with cancer and entered the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

At his request, there is no visitation or service.

Jim was born Nov. 18, 1936, in Hamilton County to Hubert and Mabel Limmer Jackson.

He graduated from McMurry University in Abilene in 1960 where he played football. He enlisted in the Army and dutifully served his country in Vietnam in the 25th Infantry.
