The Hamilton Post Office mural appeared in Texas Highways magazine. Photogrpher John Lumpkin said Ward Lockwood’s “Texas Rangers in Camp” is a circa 1942 painting. The artist was sure this mural was the most popular one he had done, and it always draws attention at the post office.
